HOW QUICKLY CAN MY BANKRUPTCY BE FILED?

 We offer one filing date every month. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible if timing is an issue.

DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes, in most cases a significant portion of the legal fee can be paid after your case is filed.

I FILED BANKRUPTCY SEVERAL YEARS AGO.  CAN I FILE AGAIN?

Yes, if it has been at least eight years since you last filed.  There is a possibility you will be able to file again even if it has not been eight years depending on a number of factors.  Please consult with the attorney to determine the best course of action.

DO I NEED TO GET MY CREDIT REPORT?

This is not necessary.  Prior to the meeting, however, your credit report can be accessed from http://www.annualcreditreport.com/.
